Owner Testimonials

"You don't realize this until you actually move into the building, but RMT has an amazing neighborly feel to it.  Everyone knows each other.  Everyone shares and looks out for each other.  If you end up at the pool or a downtown restaurant, you likely end up socializing and sitting with your neighbors without even planning it.  Need help with dogs or something else?  Neighbors fight over who gets to help.  It is crazy.  Never seen anything like it."  - LB

"The two things that made me buy the condo were the location (love downtown) and the amazing view.  But now that I'm in the condo I know that the very best thing is the great people living in the building.  And I love that I dont have to worry for a minute about security, which is huge because I live with two little guys.  I REALLY love the condo and my boys do too.  They've asked me to "never move"."  - MM

I chose my specific unit because I wanted to face west towards the city.  Urban living for me is seeing the transition of the city from day to night.  It is like having ever changing panoramic art outside my window...Having that view makes me part of the dynamic tempo of the city."

"We chose River Market  Tower for the amenities (herb garden, pool, fire pit, etc) plus every unit has a patio. Patio was key." -LB

"People drive me nuts with the "don't you miss your yard?" question. I keep saying - No, it's not like I ever went out and just walked around my yard. But now I can walk to parks, libraries, museums, restaurants, bars, and much more. So it's really like having a whole lot more yard, plus I don't have to do any maintenance!" -RM

On purchasing a smaller floor plan:  "We really liked the intimacy of cooking/cleaning/ drinking/eating in the 'kitchen' and the other person being in the living area at a good conversation distance. We, like a lot of people I know, don't sit around a formal dining table so that space just seemed wasted to us. Our decision was to spend money on how we live 95% of the time and not for the 5% of time that we are entertaining." - KE
